Boxing & Beers with #1 Pro Boxer Miyo Yoshida is jointly hosted by H4A NYC and Oxford Alumni Association of New York (OAANY) . This group lesson is a *beginner boxing class* tailored for all skill levels. Fee includes space rental, boxing gloves, and equipment. All ages welcome. Space is limited. Happy hour afterwards and a chance for Q&A with Miyo Yoshida.
What to Bring:
-regular gloves to wear underneath boxing gloves (recommended, for hygiene purposes)
-gym clothes
-water bottle
-sneakers, socks or barefoot
