Message from the Chapter Head

We want everyone that wants to be active with H4A to have the opportunity to establish events that speak to their personal expertise and lived experience. Through founding Harvard Diversity Discussions, I work with our membership to turn conversation suggestions focused on intersections with race, into immediate programming, resulting in 50+ events already. Co-hosted by 20+ groups, Harvard Diversity Discussions are an example of how H4A partners with alumni associations to broaden our organizational power. I intend to continue to widen participation in digital events, so that H4A members may build interpersonal relationships and form authentic connections, from which additional ideas for future events will arise organically.
