The H4A mentorship program works to promote Harvard student-alumni relationships through a mentee-mentor pairing process, enabling the development of personal and professional relationships among matched pairs. Over the past eight years, the H4A mentorship program has successfully matched 500+ Harvard students with mentors, with over 100+ students paired with alumni mentors this past year.
