Private screening and book launch of "The Vale." Join NYT best-selling author and filmmaker Abigail Hing Wen (AB '99) as she launches "The Vale," a new fantasy universe centering a mixed-AAPI family inventor family that creates an AI virtual fantasy world. "The Vale" has already been adapted to a Roblox game and short film prequel starring 3x Tony Award Winner Lea Salonga. The novel comes out September 16 from AAPI publishing house Third State Books.
