CONGRATS TO THE 2025 ELECTED H4A BOARD MEMBERS

Please welcome our two newly-elected members of the H4A Board of Directors! They will serve a 2-year term from January 2025 until December 2026. They join current Board Members Eva Camp (AB '89), Jenny Korn (MPP '98), Nina Tao (MBA '99), Yushien Wu (EDM '15), Stanley Fang (MBA ‘12), Athena Lao (AB ‘12), and Darshak Sanghavi (AB ‘92). 

 

JAMES KIM (ALB '18)

James Kim (ALB ‘18) is an operator and builder. He grew up in a Korean immigrant family and saw first hand what entrepreneurship meant with the sacrifices necessary to succeed. Having had to take a greater leadership role, he became the primary breadwinner for his family in his early years. James worked within capital markets, specifically equity derivatives and helped grow the equities and funds structured markets business for JP Morgan and Barclays. He has led the management of a non-profit endowment’s portfolio and has grown the assets under management to be 3.7x what it was when joining in less than 5 years. James has a diverse set of experience within financial services, start-ups (being a founder and operator), and tech. James enjoys being a foodie and is a dog lover, having personally cared for his nearly 19 year old shih-tzu until recently passing away. He has served as H4A Mentorship Program Co-Chair and currently serves as NYC Chapter Co-Chair. 
 

DIVY KANGEYAN (AM '16, PhD '19)

Divy Kangeyan (AM ‘16, PhD ‘19) is a biomedical engineer and statistician/data scientist originally from Jaffna, Sri Lanka, now based in the DC metro area. With a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and a PhD in Biostatistics from GSAS, he works in life sciences, leveraging data to improve health outcomes and enhance lifespan—a mission that drives his career. He has been part of the H4A DC Chapter since 2023 and currently serves as Vice-Chair. He also supported the 2023 H4A Global Summit by managing the Summit website, registration, and the event app for over 400 attendees from across the nation.
